- What is QGI One?
- The default engine. It is fast, cheap and trained for the studio’s work: files, tools and schedules. Chat on it is unlimited on Founder, Pro and Pro Max.
- What does “limited” mean on Free and BYK?
- A set amount of QGI One work each month. The app shows it in words: plenty left, running low, on-demand from here. There is no credit counter.
- What happens when I run out?
- You keep going at the same rates, pay-as-you-go, or you stop at the cap you set. Nothing gets slower or worse. We warn you at 75% and 90%.
- Can I bring my own key, and where is it stored?
- Yes, on every plan. Runs on your key go straight to your vendor at their price with nothing added. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again after you paste them.
- How do seats and pooling work?
- Each teammate costs the same as your plan. Three Founder seats are $60 a month and share three times Founder’s included usage.
- What is Quark?
- The QGI multi-model engine: 45 models including Gemini, GPT, Deepseek, GLM, Qwen and the Theomax image, video and speech family. Included from Founder.
- What is QGI-Symbolic?
- The QGI reasoning engine: everything in Quark plus the QGI-Ultra family. Included from Pro.

- How do I get an API key?
- From your model vendor’s console (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot). Paste it once under Engines in the app. The engine then appears in the prompt bar.
